About Richard

Richard Baker has been a Regional List MSP for North East Scotland Region since 2003.

 

He is currently an opposition spokesperson on Infrastructure & Capital Investment in the Scottish Parliament, having previously held the opposition portfolio for Justice.

 

The North East Scotland Regional List area covers the cities of Aberdeen and Dundee as well as the mainly rural constituencies of Banff and Buchan, Gordon, West Aberdeenshire and Kincardine, and Angus.
